Community manager John Junyszek explained that the community discusses “two key areas – overall artistic style and visual fidelity.”
“Based on our knowledge of Halo 4, Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2 ̵1; along with strong feedback from the community – we decided to move back to the hereditary aesthetics that defined the original trilogy. With Halo Infinite, we return to a more classical artistic style, which has been a key message dating back to the first revelation of enthusiastic and positive reactions, leading to a more vivid palette, a “cleaner” model and less “noise” objects, although it doesn’t mean less. that it may not be everyone’s personal preference, we stand behind this decision and are glad that it resonates with so many fans from all over the world. ‘ “
“The second topic discussed is visual fidelity. Negative feedback in this area includes comments about characters and objects that appear flat, simplistic and similar to plastic, a feeling of illumination of matte and flat, and a pop-up window of objects. We read your comments, I saw home examples of retouched content and yes, we heard reviews of the digital foundry. In many ways we agree – we have to try to solve some of these areas and increase the level of fidelity and overall presentation for the final game. The build used to launch the campaign demo took place a few weeks ago, and a variety of graphics and game systems are still being finalized and polished. While some feedback was expected and talks about areas already underway, other aspects of the feedback brought new opportunities and considerations that indicate that the team is taking it very seriously and working on evaluation. We don’t have solid answers or results we can share yet, but the team is working as fast as possible on plans to resolve some feedback on detail, clarity and overall fidelity. The team is determined and focused on ensuring that players have a beautiful world that they can explore when we start.
As for multiplayer Beta / Flighting, Junyszek reiterated what 343 leaders Chris Lee said last week. According to his plans for a multiplayer beta, they were “largely influenced by the challenges of working from home during COVID-19.”
343 is not sure if the beta will happen, but hopes to “have the opportunity for a wider hands-on before release.”

In 2018, Halo Infinite’s micro-transactions were confirmed, but Junyszek assured fans that Halo Infinite “will not contain real money loot.”
This should be a relief, especially given the level of player customization that will be part of Halo Infinite. As Junyszek said, “If you liked the level of customization options in Halo: Reach, you’ll be happy.”
There were many other details in this post Infinite Demand, including the reduction of killing barriers and return zones to the Halo Infinite open-world reconnaissance campaign and confirmation that the combat rifle (BR75) will not return.The new hook with hooks will also handle multiplayer, but it will work a little differently and will be available as an item that can be picked up on the battlefield.
